Dawn Riley is the fearless leader of The Riley Team. With 25+ Years of experience in Maryland Real Estate and licensed since 2000, she leverages supreme market experience with her unique technological knowledge to sell her clients properties quickly and at top dollar.

Going a step beyond traditional top Realtor licensing, Dawn has obtained the required amount of experience, education, and testing to acquire the esteemed Associate Broker license. In addition to constantly expanding her knowledge with new designations and certifications, she believes in using her experience to better the Real Estate Community as a whole. She served on the Southern Maryland Realtors Board of Directors from 2016-2018 and frequently leads seminars and mentorships for new agents. Since winning rookie of the year she has been a top realtor in Calvert County and throughout Maryland.

Dawn stands out from many Maryland Realtors because of her vast knowledge of internet marketing and social media optimization. Dawn is a lifetime resident of Maryland. With her husband, Roger, she has 4 children and 7 grandchildren, when she has free time, she enjoys gardening, and spending time on the Patuxent River.

Threatt

Nikki grew up in Oregon but moved to Maryland in 2005 for college. After meeting her husband, they lived in the area for 4 years before his military career moved him out of the country. During her time as a military spouse, she raised 4 children and won multiple awards for her volunteer work with the military. Now she is so excited to be back fifteen years later after living in England, Italy, and Texas. In addition to giving her a different, more worldly perspective she believes that her time as a military spouse will help her empathetically assist with the huge military community in Southern Maryland. She can’t wait to help her clients find their perfect home to build a life in and sites her family as her main motivation. “I want to be the best me I can be,” she says. “I want to be successful in everything I do so that I can set an example for my children. My clients can expect to get 100% from me.” Nikki is a Buyer’s Agent on The Riley Team, with a specialization on military families and relocations.

As Transaction Coordinator to all the the Riley Team's real estate professionals, Corbett Frazier is responsible for keeping The Riley Team organized and looking good. She maintains our website and designs marketing collateral for the Team and our listings. She also manages and monitors our transaction processes, keeping all parties informed and on-track. A wizard behind-the-scenes, she communicates between other agents, title, and outside vendors to provide more rapid and detailed responses to our clients. Corbett is a talented Graphic Designer, Artist and graduate of Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at George Washington University. She lives in Owings with her husband, two children, and Cane Corso.
